Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services and secure sales.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases

Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with clients to build a strong relationship
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales in B2C is preferred but not essential.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident in approaching customers on an outbound basis.
- Objection handling.
- Self-driven with a determination to succeed.
- The ability to understand the client's needs and qualify clients with a series of questions.
- Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the system.
- Adaptable to change within the business needs.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-200,000 (including commission)
