Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to restaurant guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly.
- Handle customer queries and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dining area.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Experience & Qualification- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
