POSITION: WAITERS
LOCATION: LUSAKA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PERMANENT
We are looking for friendly, service-minded waiters to join our team. You will provide excellent guest service in our restaurant and ensure a smooth dining experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and present menus
- Take orders and serve food/drinks according to standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness of tables, stations and service areas
- Coordinate with the kitchen and supervisors to ensure timely service
- Follow hygiene and safety procedures
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum grade 12 certificate
- Prior waiting Experience
- Good communication, teamwork, and time management
- Ability to upsell and promote specials
- Basic math skills for handling cash
