What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and replacing systems and equipment
- Managing receiving, auditing, packing, dispatching, and stock control
- Ensuring proper upkeep of assets and warehouse operations
- Interpreting and completing work orders accurately and on time
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Maintaining records, reports, and preventative maintenance plans
What We’re Looking For
- A+ and N+ or equivalent qualification, with strong computer literacy
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical hardware and Microsoft software
- Linux experience advantageous
- Relevant vocational training may also be acceptable
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and organizational awareness
- Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
