Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer requirements and company policies.
  • Verify, process, and reconcile warranty transactions accurately and timeously.
  • Monitor warranty recoveries and ensure correct financial allocations.
  • Liaise with dealerships and internal stakeholders regarding warranty and parts-related queries.
  • Perform financial reconciliations and reporting related to warranty activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and manufacturer standards.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies relating to warranty claims, parts, and financial transactions.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and financial administration.
Minimum Requirements
  • National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Warranty Administration Certificate (Essential).
  • Previous dealership experience within the automotive industry.
  • Strong financial administration and reconciliation skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration
R25 000 – R35 000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
