Employment Information

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial records of the hotel (income and expenses).
  • Ensure no revenue leakage or unrecorded payments.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly monitoring and reporting of all financial income and expenses.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections, monitor bank accounts and inflows, and investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately.
  • Staff payroll management.
  • Enforce financial policies and procedures,
  • Prevent fraud and theft by documenting all transactions.
  • Carry out periodic audits (cash, stock and records).
  • Work closely with all revenue-generating departments.
  • Providing support in developing and implementing annual budgets, financial forecasts and planning processes.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of FIRS, tax regulations and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting software.
  • High level of integrity, attention and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Preferably, the candidate resides on the mainland or around the OPIC Building.


Remuneration: NGN 150,000.00 Gross Monthly
