Porter

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area
• Provide general assistance to guests as needed.
• Give support to front desk when needed.
• Maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance at all times.

• Minimum of SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, or GCE).
• A minimum of 0–1 year's experience and prior experience as a security guard or customer service is an added advantage.
• Basic literacy and ability to communicate in English language.
• Must be physically fit and strong.
• Proven experience as a porter in a hotel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service attitude and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Hospitality training or relevant certification is an added advantage

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Gross Monthly
