Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, lodge, or luxury guest lodge management
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar assistant management role
  • Excellent guest relations and hosting skills
  • Strong administration and organisational abilities
  • Experience with reservations systems and OTA platforms advantageous
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Housekeeping management experience advantageous
  • Maintenance knowledge and problem-solving abilities beneficial
  • Valid driver’s licence essential
  • PDP and guiding qualifications advantageous
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage staff effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hospitality hours
  • Passion for conservation, hospitality, and guest experiences
