About the Builders Jobs in Lusaka This full-time opportunity is based in Lusaka, Zambia, offering candidates the chance to work on diverse construction assignments. You will be an integral part of a team delivering high-standard workmanship across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities Perform bricklaying and blockwork with precision and efficiency. Carry out plastering, rendering, and screeding tasks to achieve smooth finishes.
Execute concrete and general building works, including foundations and structural elements. Construct walls, partitions, and related structures following detailed measurements and plans.
Ensure quality workmanship and proper finishing on all assigned tasks. Use building materials, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.
Adhere strictly to site health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate effectively with other construction teams to meet project timelines.
Complete assigned work within required deadlines, maintaining high standards. Candidate Requirements Demonstrated practical experience as a builder in bricklaying, blockwork, plastering, concrete, and general construction.
Strong knowledge of building materials, tools, and construction techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Dependable, hardworking, disciplined, and committed to safety on site. Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is advantageous.
