Commercial Attorney Pretoria East / CenturionSalary Market Related based on years of experience
Minimum requirements:
- LLB degree
- B.Com Law / Finance degree will be advantageous
- 5+ years post-article experience in Commercial Law
- LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
- Strong contract drafting skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (including M&A's, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous
- Fully computer literate (including MS Word, Excel, etc.)
