Commercial Vehicle Technical Returns & Warranty Manager - Gauteng, Johannesburg

Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty claims and returns administration
• Assess returned diesel injection and turbocharger products
• Determine suitability for repair, remanufacture, credit, or rejection
• Liaise with technical and workshop personnel
• Maintain accurate ERP records and documentation
• Communicate with customers regarding returns and warranty matters
• Identify recurring product quality issues and trends
• Assist with operational planning of returned products
• Ensure departmental KPI and turnaround targets are achieved

• Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience in an automotive environment
• Strong diesel technical background
• Computer literacy and ERP experience
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to make technically informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Motor industry experience Essential!!
