Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full dealership operation, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance, and Administration
  • Drive dealership profitability and ensure achievement of financial targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer and ensure full compliance with brand standards and operational requirements
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental management teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Monitor dealership performance through financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and uphold luxury brand standards at all times
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and operational efficiencies effectively
  • Drive staff development, succession planning, and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Current experience as a Dealer Principal within a luxury passenger vehicle dealership environment is a MUST
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a premium or luxury automotive dealership
  • Strong financial management and business leadership capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of dealership operations across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts departments
  • Ability to achieve and exceed manufacturer and dealership targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Stable career history within the automotive industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Computer literate with strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Motor Industry experience Essential!
