An established and growing specialist construction recruitment company based in the Betty’s Bay area is seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join its team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top construction talent, and managing the full recruitment cycle within the built environment sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from client briefing through to successful placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for construction and engineering positions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and candidate verification.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare candidate submissions and recruitment reports.
• Ensure a professional and consultative service is delivered to clients and candidates at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous recruitment consulting experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid environment.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

Preferred Requirements
Previous experience in Construction, Engineering, Property, or Built Environment Recruitment.
Experience working with Placement Partner Recruitment Software.
Existing network within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successful placements and client development.
