Duties:- For every operational site, oversee and manage the scheduled maintenance and services.
- Oversee and direct support personnel, technical teams, and project teams.
- Meet with existing customers periodically to strengthen relationships.
- Perform operational evaluations and site visits for customers.
- Determine fresh prospects in the South African market.
- Help expand the clientele and market presence of the business.
- Ensure that all projects, maintenance plans, and reports are updated on a regular basis.
- Provide operational reports and KPI feedback to management.
