We’ve got a position available for a culture assistant

Purpose of position:
Providing administrative support to the culture team with the aim of achieving overall organisational goals, improving employee satisfaction and company brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering a high-level of administrative support to the team and to business as a
whole - Understanding and supporting the strategic direction of the business from a culture
perspective - Supporting the drive of valuing people and creating a positive working culture
- Planning and designing various team tasks
- Organising and managing projects
- Working closely with teams and individuals across the group of companies
- Handling all client relations and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Assisting with administrative functions relating to “culture tours” and “culture days”,
including financials, boardroom bookings, etc.
Requirements
- Martic or matric equivalent (essential)
- BCom HR / Industrial and Organisational Psychology (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and Canva
- Reliable transport
Skills and Attributes
- Attention to detail and quality oriented
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of corporate report writing
- Well organised, punctual and excellent time management skills
- Work well in a team and individually
