ERP Integration Consultant

What You'll Need

• Experience: 2-5 years in relevant roles
• Hands-on experience with HR transformation projects
• Strong competency building integrations using SAP/ Workday Studio or similar tools
• Experience integrating SAP with Identity Management and Payroll systems
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems
• Knowledge of HR process flows with ability to build transformation logic and model data
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing

• Leading functional areas on client-facing Workday projects from design through deployment
• Understanding E2E HR/HCM business processes and data migration requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Innovative problem-solving approach
• Self-starter attitude with strong collaborative skills
