Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts and loan portfolio records.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor branch income, expenses, and profitability.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment of loan disbursements, repayments, provisions, and write-offs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial performance reports for management.
- Coordinate statutory remittances, including PAYE, pension and Taxes.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and funding partners.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and processes.
- Monitor operational expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Supervise accounting staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in finance, accounting, microfinance, lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, and internal controls.
- Candidate with close proximity to Satellite

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
