Employment Information

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal and documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Coordinate training and staff development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR reports
  • Support management with workforce planning and administrative duties
  • Handle public relations and work with the company legal firm to manage staff and company matters.
  • Handle staff payroll 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in Human Resources management
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee relations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in financial services or lending industry is an added advantage
