JOB ADVERTISEMENT – FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Reports to: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger,
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA and other statutory requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior finance staff.
- Coordinate internal and external audits
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12 School Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification – ZICA, ACCA, CIMA (Level II completed or full)Minimum 5-Above years experience in finance, with at least 1 year in supervisory role, must be a member of ZICA
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, SAP, or SAGE), Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Very conversant with all ZRA related issues
- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, High integrity and attention to detail, Strong leadership and team management skills, Good knowledge of Zambian tax laws and Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
