We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive Handyman to join our team and keep our Estate running smoothly. If you’re skilled in construction, maintenance, and team management, this is your chance to make an impact!
? What You’ll Do
• Construction & maintenance of houses, pump houses, stores, compounds, canals, and roads
• General building work: foundations, brickwork, plastering, concrete, roofs & trusses
• Basic electrical wiring & plumbing tasks
• Manage and motivate the building team
• Handle stock, ordering, and planning for projects
? What We’re Looking For
• Minimum N2 qualification (electrical/mechanical background)
• Knowledge of construction, electricity, and plumbing
• Ability to read/draw basic plans
• Strong planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work outside normal hours (seasonal/emergency needs)
• Afrikaans/Swazi proficiency required; English an advantage
• Valid driver’s license
