Progress Likobama Consultant Limited (PLC) is a Zambian consultancy company providing professional solutions in Human Resource Management, Property Management, Environmental Health Services and Business Management Consultancy. The company also connects organisations with qualified and competent professionals.

PLC is recruiting on behalf of its client for the following positions:

1. HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Location: Mufulira
Salary: K5,000 – K8,000
Experience: 1–3 years

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Must be a registered ZIHRM member.

• Academic qualifications must be ZAQA verified.

• Good communication and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws.

2. SAFETY OFFICER

Location: Mufulira
Salary: K8,000 – K12,000
Experience: 3–5 years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.

• Academic qualifications must be ZAQA verified.

• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

• Experience in risk assessments, safety inspections and incident investigations.

• Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
