Business Development Officer Positions – Solwezi and Kalumbila We are looking to fill seven Business Development Officer roles located in Solwezi and Kalumbila. These positions offer commission-based earnings alongside a monthly talk-time allowance of K200.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Engage and source potential clients actively.
- Promote the company’s services to target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate leads.
Property Management Business Executive Vacancies Across Zambia We are also recruiting Property Management Business Executives in the following locations:
Kitwe – 2 vacancies Ndola – 2 vacancies Luanshya – 2 vacancies Mpongwe – 2 vacancies Chililabombwe – 2 vacancies These roles offer commission-based earnings, performance incentives, and a K200 monthly talk-time allowance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify property owners and prospective tenants.
- Source and market properties for rental and management services.
- Facilitate connections between landlords and tenants.
- Develop client relationships to expand the property portfolio.
- Qualifications and Candidate Profile Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Public Administration, or related business fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong marketing and negotiation capabilities.
- Self-motivated with a clear focus on achieving targets.
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Remuneration and Benefits Both roles operate on a commission-based remuneration structure without a fixed base salary.
- Successful candidates will receive a monthly talk-time allowance of K200.
