Interior Designer Jobs in Lusaka – Position Details Role Overview:

• We are recruiting Interior Designers who excel in creative concept development, technical drawings, cost management, and practical site coordination for residential, commercial, and office interiors.
• Develop interior concepts, space layouts, 3D renderings, lighting plans, furniture schemes, and finish schedules.
• Specify materials including tiles, ceilings, wall finishes, doors, and sanitary ware with preliminary quantity and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and construction teams; conduct site inspections and resolve design issues.
• Support show-house decoration, customized interiors, and project handovers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with a minimum of three years’ experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and at least one 3D rendering software such as 3ds Max, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Ability to independently create design concepts, detailed construction drawings, material specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and strong communication and site coordination skills.
• Working proficiency in English; experience in residential developments or show-houses is advantageous.

• HR Assistant (Male) Responsible for HR functions across two projects, including attendance, leave management, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
• Must have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least five years’ experience.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and proficiency in payroll systems and HR software required.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality are essential.

Salary range:

• ZMK 8,000 to ZMK 10,000 per month; full-time position.
• Real Estate Sales Consultant Engage prospective clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate sales, and manage client relationships.
• Minimum two years’ experience in real estate sales or related fields with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or similar.
