· Regularly monitors all computers/ laptops and emails to prevent the infiltration of any computer viruses, spams and malwares on the company network.
· Ensures that all Operating system and software used are genuine and updated regularly, so as to provide staff with fast and efficient work instruments.
· Conducts the induction for new IT staff and provides on-the-job training as required.
· Ascertains that the IT section and services offered comply with local & international Intellectual Property law, so as to prevent any breach of copyright materials.
· Codes, tests and troubleshoots programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology.
· Refines data and format final products.
· Maintains and modifies programs; makes the necessary changes as approved, by amending flow charts, developing detailed programming logic and coding changes, as required.
