Minimum requirements:- Relevant qualification in Law or a related field (LLB advantageous)
- Experience in debt recovery, collections, or legal support
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with Magistrate and Small Claims Court
- Provide written legal advice and support
- Draft legal documents, demand letters, and settlement agreements
- Manage debt recovery and collection processes
- Support court-related debt recovery matters
