Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage social media pages and create engaging marketing content.
  • Promote products, special offers, and campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity reports.
  • Support branding, advertising, and public relations activities.
  • Work closely with operations and production teams to promote products effectively.
  • Generate leads for corporate orders, events, and partnerships.
  • Assist in planning campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Good communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Graphic design or basic content editing skills are an advantage.
