Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Manage social media pages and create engaging marketing content.
- Promote products, special offers, and campaigns across digital platforms.
- Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare activity reports.
- Support branding, advertising, and public relations activities.
- Work closely with operations and production teams to promote products effectively.
- Generate leads for corporate orders, events, and partnerships.
- Assist in planning campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media management.
- Good communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Graphic design or basic content editing skills are an advantage.
