Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Support and assist the Cold Store Manager in daily operations
Supervise and manage staff workloads across multiple teams
Oversee cold chain management and stock integrity
Ensure accurate stock allocation, picking, loading, and dispatch processes
Verify product condition, quantities, and documentation accuracy
Manage warehouse management system (WMS) / SAP processes and stock control
Ensure all sales orders and returns are processed correctly
Monitor and resolve operational issues and problem orders
Coordinate with logistics, production, trading, and other departments
Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and housekeeping standards
Oversee loading and offloading of containers according to procedures and schedules
Ensure quality control checks are completed for incoming and outgoing goods
Report equipment breakdowns and operational risks to maintenance
Maintain accurate shift reports (damages, shortages, expired stock, etc.)
Ensure damaged stock is reprocessed and returned to inventory where applicable
Enforce SOP compliance across all teams and processes
