Order Fulfilment & Media Curator

Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Order Fulfilment & Media Curator with a strong eye for quality and organization. The ideal candidate will manage the complete order fulfilment process, ensure inventory accuracy, support customer satisfaction, and create engaging behind-the-scenes content for our online community.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable handling both operational and content-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Inventory Management

• Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Conduct detailed quality checks on incoming bulk shipments and outgoing orders
• Ensure products are properly packaged and dispatched on time
• Monitor inventory movement and report low stock or discrepancies
• Maintain organized stock records and storage areas
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners when necessary

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Provide updates on order status and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Support after-sales communication and customer satisfaction efforts

Content Creation & Media Support

• Capture behind-the-scenes content related to packaging, fulfilment, inventory, and daily operations
• Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms
• Assist in showcasing products, order preparation process, and brand activities online
• Support the marketing team with content for promotions and campaigns

Operations & Coordination

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily fulfilment operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
• Assist with other administrative or operational duties when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in order fulfilment, inventory, customer service, or operations is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of content creation and social media trends
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be computer literate and familiar with basic digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or Snapchat
• Basic photography or videography skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for presentation and aesthetics
• Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
