Track and monitor vehicle downtime (VOR), repair progress, and parts availability
Ensure timeous and accurate communication with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
Assist in coordinating activities between Parts & Accessories, Technical, Warranty, and dealer network
Support the reduction of vehicle off-road time through proactive monitoring and escalation
Prepare and collate weekly and monthly fleet performance reports
Maintain proper record keeping and documentation of all cases
Provide general administrative support and handle internal and external queries
Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and SLA requirements
Requirements:
Matric
Qualified trade test technician
Relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage
At least 3 years’ experience in a fleet aftersales administrative role within the automotive environment, dealership or OEM
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excel – minimum intermediate to advanced level
High level of computer literacy essential
Good time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Understanding of fleet operations and aftersales environment (advantageous)
Motor Industry experience Essential!
Special Requirements:
Work outside of working hours when required
Travel when required
Valid Driver’s License
