Skills:

  • Matric (essential)
    - National Diploma (advantageous)
    - 2–3 years’ experience in Property Administration or a related environment
    - Student accommodation experience advantageous
    - Strong reconciliation and numerical accuracy skills
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to manage arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
    - Ability to work with students and handle queries professionally
Job Description:
  • Manage student intake, applications, and leasing documentation
    - Ensure all lease information is accurately captured, updated, and maintained
    - Conduct credit checks and vet prospective students
    - Monitor occupancy levels and report on vacancies
    - Generate monthly billing, statements, and interest calculations
    - Process debit orders and monitor payment allocations
    - Manage arrears, issue letters of demand, and handle AOD agreements
    - Facilitate handover of defaulting accounts for escalation or legal action
    - Process refunds, deposits, and account closures
    - Assist with reconciliations and monthly management reporting
    - Handle student queries via email, WhatsApp, and support channels
    - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal processes
    - Support the Property Manager with administrative and reporting duties
