  • Matric (required)
    - Relevant Diploma in Office Administration advantageous
    - 2–4 years’ reception or administrative experience
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Excellent customer service ability (student/tenant-facing environment advantageous)
    - MS Office proficiency
    - Strong organisational and time management skills
    - Ability to multitask and work under pressure
 
Job Description:
  • Act as first point of contact for students, tenants, and visitors
    - Manage reception area, calls, and front-desk operations
    - Handle queries, complaints, and service requests
    - Coordinate maintenance work orders and contractor access
    - Support student accommodation administration and communication
    - Monitor admin emails and respond or escalate queries
    - Assist with meetings, minutes, and general office support
    - Maintain professionalism and service standards at all times
