A well established company based in Midrand requires a Sales Administrator
DUTIES:
- Provide administrative support to Internal/External Sales Representatives
- Assist with quotation confirmations as and when required
- Assist with confirming client deliveries with security as and when required
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Scanning and uploading of documents, for loads received, on Laserfiche
- Compiling Destruction Certificates for treated loads
- Checking data accuracy in on quotations, sales orders and other supporting documents
- Filing of supporting documents and GRNs received from the stores department
- Make the necessary corrections and amendments to client documentation (Destruction Certificates, Sales Orders, etc.)
- Prepare requisitions for supplier quotes and invoices
- Uphold the company image and always retain confidentiality
- Perform other general administrative duties required of this position not currently listed
- Manage client SLAs (service level agreements/contracts)
