Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the used vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and drive performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to expand market share.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure an optimal selection of used vehicles based on market demands.

- 3+ Experience in the automotive industry (Sales)
