Requirements

Strong patience and ability to engage customers in conversation

Key Responsibilities

Initiating sales and new business development via cold calling
Identifying customer needs to generate repeat sales
Gathering and recording customer information, payment details, purchases, and feedback
Staying up to date with product ranges and informing customers of new offerings
Responding to customer product queries
Processing and managing sales orders
Ensuring proper follow-up and order management
Achieving and maintaining sales targets
Monitoring market trends, promotions, and specials
Following up on sales inquiries and providing quotations
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow market share
Traveling nationally for business development when required
Assisting with general sales support tasks such as debtor follow-ups, quality issues, and credit notes

Qualifications / Skills

Experience Required

2–3 years’ sales experience in the FMCG industry
