Our client, a leading supplier of sustainable, on-brand packaging solutions for the food and beverage industry, is looking to appoint a dynamic Sales Representative to join their growing Johannesburg team.

The ideal candidate is energetic, commercially astute, and confident engaging with clients in a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering exceptional service while helping clients bring their brand to life through thoughtful, sustainable packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities include: *Manage and grow sales within the Johannesburg region *Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and revenue growth *Identify, research, and test innovative lead generation opportunities *Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients *Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and solutions offered by the company *Communicate effectively with clients regarding pricing, stock availability, product options, and recommendations *Represent the company brand professionally and act as an ambassador for sustainable packaging solutions *Maintain accurate sales administration *Utilise internal systems including Unleashed, Xero, and Monday.com to manage and process sales information *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required;
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role sales or client-facing role;
• Proven experience working with systems such as Unleashed, Xero and Monday.com;
• Experience in packaging, FMCG, food service supply, or B2B distribution would be preferrable;
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally.
