About the Sales Specialist Jobs in Copperbelt Zambia As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong connections with wholesale clients while actively contributing to the expansion of our market presence.
Your role will involve both strategic and operational functions to ensure client satisfaction and sustained business growth. Key Responsibilities Collect and process client orders from wholesale channels, fostering long-term relationships.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform sales tactics. Conduct regular visits to clients to assess inventory levels, business status, and sales performance.
Identify client needs promptly and ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Between 1 and 3 years of sales experience within a large FMCG company operating locally in Zambia. Comprehensive knowledge of the Copperbelt market, backed by established client networks.
Target-oriented with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
