Senior Citrus Section LeaderHoedspruitR30 000 CTC - R40 000 CTC (Depending on experience)Our client in the citrus sector is looking for a Senio Citrus Section Leader to join their team in Hoedspruit
Minimum requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification such as a BSc Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science, or related degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the agricultural sector, preferably in research, development, and team management
- Solid understanding of plant physiology, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), strategic planning, and fruit market trends
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Innovative thinker with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Sound knowledge of citrus and subtropical fruit production, with sugarcane experience being advantageous
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
- Computer literacy including MS Office and Outlook
- Willingness to work extended hours and overtime when required
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
