KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Maintain high service levels, coordinating service partners.
  • Scheduling of New Calls and screening of completed service calls daily.
  • Daily feedback for dealer query reports.
  • Debriefing of service partners, agents and Staff techs.
  • Release service calls from hold when parts are issued.
  • Support techs to achieve the NPS, 2 Day rate , 10 day rate and First time fix rate.
  • On Sirius System run daily status report on all ASCs
  • Call customers to improve NPS rate for the branch
  • Processing of exchange to Product exchange status
  • Coordinate deliveries of service exchanges.
  • Run technician stock list for audit
  • Coordinate Service calls for parts required.
  • Support in counting of SCR stock and processing of SCR invoices
  • Support during yearend stock counts.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • A minimum of Grade 12 with proven experience in a similar environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel will be a prerequisite
  • Prior experience in dealing with customer queries and handling complaints.
  • Strong administration and customer relation skills
