Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all system support functions across the Distribution Centre and retail operations.
Lead implementation, support, and optimization of ERP, retail, warehouse, and POS systems.
Ensure smooth day to day operation of IT infrastructure, databases, applications, and integrations.
Drive system upgrades, testing, deployment, and release management.
Manage data migration, system configuration, and process improvements.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues to minimize business disruption.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
Develop and implement system security, compliance, and governance standards.
Provide user training and support to warehouse, store, and corporate teams.
Prepare system performance reports and recommend technology improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT systems support, ERP implementation, or retail systems management.
Strong experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, and supply chain systems.
Proven experience in ERP implementation and support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar).
Strong understanding of databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
Experience with system integrations, reporting tools, and business process optimization.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
