Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Teacher’s Assistant qualification, Educare certificate, or Early Childhood Development (ECD) qualification advantageous
- Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, tutoring, or educational environment
- Passion for child development and education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and classroom management abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a small remote team
- Patient, caring, energetic, and adaptable personality
- Computer literacy (MS Office and basic educational software)
- First Aid certification advantageous
- Valid driver’s license beneficial
- Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment
