TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Position Overview
The Training and Development Coordinator supports the development, coordination and evaluation of Uspire’s training programmes to ensure they are relevant, practical, well-organised and aligned with client, participant and industry needs.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
- Supervises: None
Key Responsibilities
- Research training needs, market trends, skills gaps and development opportunities.
- Support development of course outlines, materials, case studies and assessment tools.
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, registration, records and participant communication.
- Liaise with facilitators, clients, participants, suppliers and training partners.
- Monitor programme delivery, participant experience and facilitator effectiveness.
- Prepare evaluation reports and recommend improvements.
- Support proposals, marketing materials, client follow-ups and repeat training opportunities.
- Support digital learning processes and internal staff development records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Training and Development or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in training coordination, learning and development or programme administration.
- Experience in CPD, corporate/public sector training, course development or training evaluation is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, research, coordination and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools.
- Professional, confidential, detail-oriented and able to follow through.
