Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Van Sales Representative to manage and grow our customer base within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and distributing products directly to customers using a company van.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and execute daily sales activities
- Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and onboard new customers retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets
- Sell and deliver products directly to customers using the company van
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis reports
- Ensure proper merchandising and product display at customer locations
- Keep accurate records of sales, payments, and inventory
- Ensure safe handling and proper storage of products in the van
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driver’s license and LASRRA Lagos State Residents Registration Agency ID
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good knowledge of local routes within the assigned areas
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and ability to use an Android device
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
