Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the SaaS environment
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Oversee the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to deliver value to clients
- Monitor account performance and provide strategic insights to improve client outcomes
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and account plans
- Stay up to date with industry trends and SaaS developments
Desired Experience & Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in Account Management or Sales within a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record of managing accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and subscription-based sales
- Experience managing client stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of customer success strategies and lifecycle management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
