In this role, you will support the marketing team with a variety of promotional activities while coordinating and managing events from concept to completion. From corporate conferences and exhibitions to special events and brand activations, you'll play a key role in ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Help plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Market Research: Conduct research into customer trends, behaviors, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, overseeing, and executing community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities by managing the entire event process from concept to completion, including setting objectives, timelines, and action plans.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide insights and report on results.
- Brand Support: Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination with internal teams or external vendors.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget. Develop customized event proposals and ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Venue and Supplier Coordination: Research, select, and negotiate with venues and suppliers (such as caterers, decorators, and technical support). Manage all logistics, including setup, décor, and audiovisual needs.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, reach out to potential sponsors, and manage advertising efforts.
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee all event operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Legal and Compliance: Ensure all events comply with legal, health, safety, insurance, and risk management requirements.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, event planning, or a related field.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Experience coordinating events, promotions, sponsorships, or community initiatives.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Experience liaising with clients, suppliers, venues, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and brand management principles.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage on-site event operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing or project management tools is advantageous.

Package & Remuneration:Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable experience and previous earnings.
