Employment Information

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures
  • Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
  • Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities
  • Assist in space management and office layout planning
  • Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in facility management or a similar role
  • Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers


Location: Agric Road, Oko-Oba, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State. (Proximity to location is Key).
