Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and service contracts with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor utility usage and implement cost-saving measures
- Supervise cleaning, security, and maintenance staff
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
- Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and service activities
- Assist in space management and office layout planning
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in facility management or a similar role
- Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience managing vendors and service providers
