Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 5–6 years of proven experience in sales and business development roles
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
