Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Lead, train, and supervise the sales team to improve performance
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 5–6 years of proven experience in sales and business development roles
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in team leadership or supervisory role
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
