Position Summary
A skilled Field Service Technician is required to provide technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to customers in Namibia.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Complete service reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Respond to customer breakdowns and service requests.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Red Seal Electrician.
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working in field service environments.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred Requirements
- FMCG manufacturing or processing industry experience.
- Exposure to industrial automation and production equipment.
