JOB TITLE: FLEET OPERATIONS OFFICER

JOB LOCATION: KITWE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Familiar with customs clearance, transit clearance, cross-border transportation procedures, and common customs and transport documents;

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to closely follow up on vehicle, cargo, and documentation status;

• Proficient in basic office software such as Excel and Word, with the ability to prepare vehicle records, data summaries, and basic reports;

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, clearing agents, customers, and other departments;

• Good problem-solving skills and able to promptly follow up on issues such as vehicle delays, customs clearance problems, and missing documents;

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Transport and Logistics,Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field.

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations is preferred
