Job Title:​ Operations Manager – Bubble Tea / Coffee Chain

Location:​ Lusaka, Zambia

Reports To:​ General Manager / Franchise Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of stores in Lusaka, ensuring high standards in food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
• Manage P&L, inventory control, and supply chain logistics to minimize costs and waste.
• Lead, recruit, and train local store teams and management trainees.
• Drive sales targets and execute local marketing campaigns to boost brand presence.

Requirements

• Experience:​ 3+ years in F&B chain operations (bubble tea, coffee, or fast food). Experience in Zambia or East Africa is a major plus.
• Language:​ Fluent English​ is mandatory. Local language skills (Nyanja/Bemba) are highly advantageous.
• Skills:​ Strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to manage local staff effectively in a startup environment.
