Power Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly preventive maintenance (PM) for Diesel Generators (DG), Air Conditioning (AC), Switching Generators (SG), AC power systems, and DC power systems, including monitoring through the OWS system.
• Manage end-to-end power-related issues at wireless sites, including in-depth power analysis and reconciliation using NetEco.
• Handle corrective maintenance (CM) activities for power-related faults, ensuring timely follow-up and daily reporting.
• Prepare and execute the monthly preventive maintenance plan for passive infrastructure.
• Track and resolve power-related issues until closure.
• Participate in customer and subcontractor meetings as required.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute battery testing activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major power incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform power feasibility assessments for Core and BSC sites.
• Provide Level II technical support for power systems and related equipment.
• Coordinate with regional teams, customers, subcontractors, and Huawei internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate project updates and technical reports to Huawei Headquarters and customer representatives.
• Support subcontractor management, material planning, and equipment verification with CEG and suppliers.
• Perform in-depth power system analysis and recommend optimization solutions.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and health and safety regulations.
